I had an experience this past weekend, similar to one that I read about on your website. I wrote a check at a Home Depot. The check was denied, with no explanation. I was eventually told to contact Certegy, the company that approves the checks. Certegy had no information that would suggest that they should deny a check written from this account, other than citing that the amount was a large amount ($600), while I have thousands of dollars sitting in that account. I have a Sony Vaio computer that had a power problem consistent with a recall they published online. After speaking with numerous Sony reps and going through their troubleshooting steps, we confirmed the failure and could not fix it. We also confirmed that it fell within their recall. I was then forwarded to a specific phone number with very limited hours of availability (never when I was available). I called several times but could never reach anyone. No Complaint! EXCEPT that I had to wait 2 days for an appointment. Sigh. Luckily my neighbors are holding my frozen food for me. "John" called before arriving (8am-12Noon but showed up at 9am) Got right to work (didn't ask for payment up front) Very little friendly chatter. This website sells memorial web pages for your loved ones that are deceased. They have had problems with their server for over 7 months now. Many of us have paid money to build these sites, only to have them not working at all. I have not been able to hear background music on my son's site for 6 months or more, and they will not let you address the problem in the forum section of the site, and it is quite frustrating. Well, to start off, I bought myself a Starmate-3 radio for Christmas , for $60, because Sirius had this advertisement on the packaging of the radio for their new "Convenient Pay-As-You-Go Plan". The part of the move in Georgia went well. The movers packed my possessions carefully. We have a new $4000 refridgerator from Viking that was already here when we bought this new home. My wife is a kitchen designer and those in the know never recommend this brand. The word in the industry is that they spend all their money on marketing and little on R and D. I paid for software to start my own business at home from SWREG which is through Commission Siphon. I paid $997 for something that doesn't work, it is a scam. They advertise a 60-day money back guarantee but when is realised the product did not work I asked for a refund. I have a complaint, it has been brought to our attention that the students don't feel they are getting the education they signed and paid for. The facility is like a high school with students running around, acting like middle school, surfing the internet instead of attending the clients. I live in Lyndon, VT, and I've had had Verizon DSL for almost a year and have had terrible service. My connection is unreliable; it comes and goes and is often down for hours or days at a time. My upload speed will crawl to a halt for no apparent reason. My upload speed is routinely about 1/3 as fast as Verizon promised (128 kbps is what is in their contract.) Tech support is useless. They connect me to PC support even though I've asked for Mac support, then I have to wait on hold again, and listen to the same infuriating message... read full review »

The last time I paid down the total times available to me which was three and then I had to pay like an extra $400 in interest. Well I couldn't pay that. After a few months rates are doubled then they send a form for energy drop that states it will take a month or two do discontinue service, and customer service Senior Care Rep states that is it PSNH's fault not theirs. I booked tickets for movie Underworld from Bookmyshow.com. I was given a receipt which had no information and asked me to print and carry to cinemahall. Ofcourse I was charged the full amount before I got the dumb screen to print.
