My partner and I purchased a matress which was deliver on the 26th January. We have had it six weeks and the one side has collapsed. I suffer from a very bad back under under a physiotherapist. Life Alert
May 3, 2008
I was interested in Life Alert for my grandmother. She is 80 years old. So I ordered it for her. From the way the sales man described it, sounded really great. Well I ordered it. Gave him my credit card numbers. Well later I decided it is too expensive. I called the salesman I talked to before to cancel my order. THE FIRST THING HE SAID AFTER I ASKED TO CANCEL IS "WHY?" NON OF YOUR *** BUISNESS THAT’S WHY. It was cancelled with no hassle. I haven not received any charges or bills. I just receive telemarketing calls from them... read full review »

September 21, 2006
On July 3, I ordered two bottles of Kinesys Fragrance-Free sunscreen from SwimOutlet.com. The order arrived very quickly -- just a few days later -- but they had sent mango-scented sunscreen instead of fragrance-free. I emailed them -- twice -- but received no reply. I called several times but was placed on interminable holds. Finally, on July 18th, after waiting on hold for twenty minutes, I spoke to a customer representative. They said they would send a UPS return mailing label so that I could return the improper merchandise and get a credit... read full review »

LifeLock.com
Jim H April 21, 2011
In a decision that has privacy advocates and others scratching their heads, a federal judge has ruled that LifeLock has been breaking California law for years by placing fraud alerts on its customer's credit profiles. The decision is a blow to the burgeoning identify-theft protection industry, and means that companies that experience data breaches may no longer be able to offer victims free subscriptions to such services — a standard damage-control tactic in recent years. Consumers can still place fraud alerts by contacting one of the three U.S. credit reporting agencies directly. read full review »

So I got a call from FirstSource Advantage one day that my credit card account had been sent to them for collection of a 200 dollar bill I hadn't been able to pay due to some personal issues (pregnancy and losing my job because of it). So I started telling them how I couldn't pay at that time... They threatened me a few times that if I didn't pay charges would be pressed and I would go to jail. LBPS
Louise February 3, 2011
My loan was sold by Chase to LBPS (a part of IBM). LBPS does not accept payments by electronic transfer from my bank. Does it seem odd that a computer company doesn't do computer transfers? It did to me until I realized, that this results in more late payments, since you have to send your payment 5 days sooner to allow for mail delivery. Then they changed the address that the payment was to be sent to, and sent a notice as a note on the bottom of my statement. Ok, I didn't catch the change and update my bank on where to send the... read full review »

Samsung / Refrigerator
September 4, 2006
My husband and I bought a Samsung Refrigerator Model # RS257BARB in November of 2005 for our new house. On May 15 we noticed that the number 34 on the refrigerator was flashing and started to rise to the 40's and then the 50's. I placed a call to Best Buy where I bought it, in which I also had a 3 year warranty. They placed a call into the Maytag Services and a repairman came out on May 17th (GJeran). This site is nothing more than a rip-off. The auctions go on until you pay full price for the merchandise, and then they act like you got them for $19. You could never possibly get the items for a few dollars the way it operates with never-ending bidding you have to purchase. Once you are into them for so much money, you are left with no choice to pay either more than the est ret price; which is inflated, or simply just purchase the item to recoop some of your investment. THIS SITE IS A HUGE SCAM!!! read full review »
