When my great-aunt died in 2003, it was discovered that her care-taker had withdrawn over $250,000 from her Regions Bank account over a 4 year period, leaving her on the brink of bankruptcy and public assistance. Waste Management bills consumers in my city in quarterly installments. If you, the consumer, do not receive your bill for any reason, do not pay it within the first 4 weeks of receiving the invoice(it is mailed @3 weeks prior to the start of the new quarter), or do not pay the full amount, whether by intent or accident, the company WILL still pick up your refuse BUT will put your account on "suspension" and charge you, the consumer a $35 re-instatement fee. They are nothing more than a collection agency and a cease and desist order should be filed against them immediately upon contact about any account that this economy might have forced you to be delinquent on. I ordered Backjoy Core on the phone, they stated 30-day money back guarantee. I received it, didn't care for it, called the number for Returns and got error messages. I called my cell and my land line phone companies to check the number and to check the Customer Service phone number that was emailed to me, which also didn't work, - and they received error messages which were probably blocks they put on their lines or some kind of problem on their lines. Their contact page only gives you options of cancelling or signing up for AOL and has nothing to do with Match.com Also, I signed up 1 month ago and clicked on try 5 free days... instead my account was charged the approximately $30.00,,, because I gave up trying to figure out how to reach them, I stuck with it for the 30 days. They stated that they would send me some magazines to preview with 90 days to cancel and if I did not cancel I would be charged 67.00 every 4 months. I've read nightmare stories about canceling LA Fitness memberships. At first I could not understand why people were having such a hard time canceling their memberships. Its as simple as filling out a form, placing it in an envelope, throwing a stamp on it and dropping it in the box. The system sucks at bill me later I had been approved for purchases over $2,000 but now I am getting denied for a $600.00 purchase. my monthly pymt for the last 6 months ranged from monthly amounts of $200-$1620 but the representative and manager stated my new purchase was decline b/c of of pymt history and spending pattern. They are crazy any one that pays over $150 of their monthly amount billed and on time is a good customer worthy of credit approval esp for amounts that they have shown to be able to pay. read full review »

I called 2 weeks before my cycle ended, so it would give the Metro PCS people enough time to have the necessary 24 - 72 hours to update the info. over 1000 hours have passed and they charged me for 2 phones. I am a realtor. I was contacted by a couple who had a variable loan on a home financed by Chase. The husband had become disabled and their house had become uninhabitable. So far this year I have had none of my medical problems taken care of. First I have a thick film forming under 1 of my implants after cataract surgery. Unable to drive at night or read without blocking bad eye. Opthomologist says Freedoms criteria is too high to take care of this now. Hopefully in 3 months I will meet their criteria.
