Nuera Telecom is a complete ripoff.
I was totally lied into the service.
At first i was told no monthly fee and $0.05 calling per minute to Pakistan and India.
Guess what?
I tried calling Pakistan and India for 4 days and never got thru.
And i found out i was charged $34.95 on a monthly basis.
Then i called Nuera Telecom customer service line and all of the sudden THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH!
So i tried to call the sales rep that i bought the item for and all of the sudden NO ONE HAS HEARD OF HIM!
Thankfully i was able to call my credit card company and i told them about the fraud and they took care of it.

Surepath Judgment Recovery owner Tim Berndt collects judgments for his clients and then keeps the money for himself. It’s a pretty good racket really. On his website he only lists a PO box and you can not sue a person or business without a real address rendering him safe from breach of contract litigation. I flew with Iberia Airlines from New York to Madrid and to Istanbul, round trip. Overall, I had great experience with Iberia; the service was outstanding, there were no major delays, the personnel were helpful and the food was great.
I have only one big problem: Some of my personal belongings disappeared when I arrived to Istanbul. I checked in 2 pieces of luggage in New York. I got both pieces when I arrived to Istanbul, but I realized that the side pockets of my sports bag

Scott's products for sale at places like Home Depot are fine, but avoid the fertilizing lawn service unless you want to get trapped into it like a bad cell phone company! We signed up for the service for the summer, and I was very clear with the sales person that I only wanted to try it for the summer. I was told it was X number of fertilizations, and that it would cost me X dollars over the summer.
I was very optimistic about the whole service.

They had brand new unlocked iphone 3GS for $199. The only payment method they accepted was either money order, cashier's check or personal check. They have cleared the check more than a month ago. This problem started months ago when a technician came out to replace a modem and told me that the signal coming into the house was a little low.
I'm not going to say anymore than that...for now.
On 8/6, my high-speed internet service was running at speeds near 1990's AOL dial-up, if i was lucky. I am a gadget freak. It is a good thing that I don't work for Sharper image and the like because I would certainly be insolvent. Anyway I get a Tissot T-touch Titanium for Christmas and love the watch. 3 months later it just quits. I went on line and filled out for a trial of this cream and then decided not to take it any further. I have just found a piece of paper which has all my bank details on it and says I have ordered two jars for $1.99, which I did cancel and I did not agree to any terms and conditions as I have that bit printed on this piece of paper. I am just worried that the jars will turn up. I ordered then on 22 April, they have not arrived yet. Do you think that this never went through as I did not continue it.

Like obviously many before I ordered Hoodiaxs from CJ Industries - the trial for $3.99. Even though their terms and conditions tell you that they will autoship after the first trial it also says that within 30 days you can cancel the order. Not even 3 weeks after I ordered and received the trial I got my credit card report which showed not just the $3.99 taken off by CJ Industries but also an additional $39.99 just 2 weeks later. We purchased a new Samsung side by side refrigerator from Best Buy 4 yrs ago, a beautiful top of the line model. The unit worked perfectly until about 3 months ago. It appears that the unit will not go into the defrost mode and defrost the fridge portion of the machine. I called Best Buy to have a service tech come and repair the unit, knowing it was not covered under the warranty. I would just like to inform ''Huggies", that their new unique fit nappies are not so great. In fact I would go so far as to say that the quality has deteriorated. Firstly, the nappies now feel like they are made from paper and the ink from the Winnie-the-pooh character graphic now rubs off and makes my baby's clothes green around the nappy area. The worst business decision I ever made. From my experience, they are a frustrating, no service organization (I use "organization" with reservation).
After signing, I received calls to set appointments, supposedly with the tax club staff to review business tax issues. Not so, the calls were sales calls selling additional services; book keeping, deduction services, business plans, etc. And in the end you do all the work and they only file.

Female Managers have filed a Discrimination lawsuit against Dollar General because KKR & Dollar General Corp pay female manager less than male managers for the exact same work and job. Amazing how this day and age companies are allowed to engage is such discriminatory behavior while individuals take it in the chin. Oh thats rights, individuals can't afford to pursue their legal remedies because attorneys demand such outrageous fee's that only big business can afford.

Since the purchase of the car towards the end of December 2006, I have had to take the car to the nearest Volvo dealership, (which is about an hour away), repeatedly for what the service dept. tells me are computer malfunctions. They take care of the problem and within a few weeks there is another error message. I have called Volvo customer service regarding the issues and they told me to notify them whenever there is another problem. We purchased a male puppy from this business. Charlie, a male Yorkshire Terrier, has been suffering with many health issues. These conditions were diagnosed by more than one veternary hospital. I started the contract with Choice Home Warranty (choicehomewarranty.com ) on 10/27/2008 covering HVAC and making onetime payment of $344 for the contract lasting one year. On 12/02/2008 2 units (furnaces) stopped working. I contacted Choice with repair request. The technician was sent on 12/03/2008 to do the diagnosis - control boards needed to be replaced. I am now going throught the same as others but they never got the 149 as i didnt have enough funds in my bank. They say I must pay and that i made a contract with them. This is all because i took the trial period for 5.00 then they said it automatically renews and I owe them and they will pursue it.
I have since offered them 1 months subs but they say they want 6 months even thou now they have cancelled my premium membership with them.
Can anyone offer me some sound advice here on what I can do legally?

Since it was more than 15 days later, store told me to send phone back to co. & would receive replacement for only $15 postage. Salesman looked at my phone at that time.
