i moved to virginia on may 2008 i returned all the equipment to UPS but AT&T said they never received this equipment, they send me to this collection agency and i paid, i didn't have choice but a month ago i got this letter from another collection agency telling me i have to pay $124 to AT&T because i didn't pay for services and if i don't pay they gonna mess up my credit, what can i do?? some one can help??? i wish some one can do something with this people. and also when i try to call AT&T they send me person by person, telling the same story over and over again, and there's noo supervisor to talk to with... read full review »

So far this year I have had none of my medical problems taken care of. First I have a thick film forming under 1 of my implants after cataract surgery. Unable to drive at night or read without blocking bad eye. Opthomologist says Freedoms criteria is too high to take care of this now. Hopefully in 3 months I will meet their criteria. I am unable to lift my left arm above chest level without a great deal of pain (so just never do it). Doctor took x-rays and called for an MRI. Was supposed to done today. I purchased an approved phone from Wal Mart and activated my service. Part of the plan is browser service. I was never able to access my browser and after repeated calls to their customer service department, and after requesting a new phone, which was initially approved I was told everything would be forwarded to the corporate office. I am a realtor. I was contacted by a couple who had a variable loan on a home financed by Chase. The husband had become disabled and their house had become uninhabitable. It had TONS of city violations on it and it is in horrible condition. The amount they owed was more than the house was worth. I put it on the market and got a couple of short sale offers. I purchased my Maruti Alto in May 2006 from Acer Motors, Secundrabad, Hyderabad. I paid for extended third year warranty but haven't received any certificate yet after 1 year of purchase. Since then I am following up with Acer motors but no response. I loged a complaint from Maruti call center but to no avail. Calling their RO in Hyderbad but no response. Executives say that they are doing their duty to remind concerned persons but no one is getting back to me.
This is Hell and company like Maruti is doing breach of trust by taking our money and not giving the product.

Well altogether I have spent thousands of dollars at this furniture store. Everytime I have purchased furniture at this location I have been promised a certain delivery time and they can never meet it. I am not talking a reasonable delay I am talking, 5 weeks the first time, 2 1/2 weeks the second time, and of course the third time is not the charm it will be another 2 weeks past the delivery date promised. When I contact the store the management never comes to the phone and the poor salesman has to feel the wrath of the unsatisfied customers. Do yourself a favor do not shop here!!! read full review »

After the contract had ended I was still being billed but it was not coming out of my bank account. Is there any deposit or sim charges for a new Tata Docomo post paid connection. In the beginning the sales executives said there are no sim charges/activation charges/deposit but after collecting the documents they said that i need to pay Rs. 300 for sim card and then only it will get activated otherwise we will not be able to activate it. I placed an order for six (genie bras) after watching a very convincing commercial on television. The order was placed 3/14/11, I was told it would take between 2 and 3 weeks for them to ship bras. It actually took longer and I received my package today 4/15/11. They were sent in an envelope that should not have cost more than a couple of dollars, Shipping and Handling cost me $19.95. Virgin Mobile requires that the phone be topped up with at least $20 every 90 days.You can set the phone to top up automatically or you can do it yourself.
The first problem I had was with the top-up feature. I registered my credit card online and set the phone to top-up automatically because Virgin offered a $5 credit for doing so. Stay away from www.rong2007.com! . Its just a fraud company. They do the same thing to anyone (after you pay, they will tell you that your order is held by the China Customs and they will ask you more money to be released). I have already made a complaint to the Department of Cyber Crime of Greek Police (one of the best in the world), I have already submitted initial Complaint anantion for their deception. I deliver to the Police all the e-mails we exchanged and soon the Interpol will be at their offices. I lost 200 euros and i hope im the last one.

During the initial purchasing phase they were quick to respond to inquiries. Now that I have the helicopters I need to purchase replacement parts for one that happens to be a newer model for 2008, but cannot get any response from Banana Hobby. Below are 2 emails sent firstly to AEG in Germany to which no reply was received, and then secondly the email to the AEG Head Office in Johannesburg, South Africa. I also faxed the correspondence to AEG South Africa to ensure that they received it. I have had no reply from either (Fax or email). My Phone (w580i) bought in sep 2007 has already gone for repair twice in 6 months
1st in the span of 1 month (taken away for 21 days)
thsi is the second time.. given my phone tp Accel Frontline(Tardeo) on 3rd April 2008 and no response even today (7th may) as to when i will get it back. Calling Accel and actually getting through is a task in itself because it waists atleast half your day.

They do not provide a phone number which we frown on, but from all indications and feedback we can confirm that mymodelwatches.com is a reputable site. As you can see from the front page of their website, iPage claim that for $3.50 a month you have hosting with unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth and Email. They do not state however that it is subject to terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions state that unlimited actually means that they can define unlimited to be whatever they want.

A charge by CLKbank.com for $39.90 appeared on my Orchard Bank/HSBC Mastercard for an alleged online purchase I never made! I called their 800-390-6035 number on my statement; received a recording; was directed to their website CLKbank.com, and read the same thing as the recording, that someone in my household or I made an online purchase! Not true!
Don't know how they got my credit card number but am investigating with my bank and demanding charge to be reversed.
