So far this year I have had none of my medical problems taken care of. First I have a thick film forming under 1 of my implants after cataract surgery. Unable to drive at night or read without blocking bad eye. Opthomologist says Freedoms criteria is too high to take care of this now. Hopefully in 3 months I will meet their criteria. I am unable to lift my left arm above chest level without a great deal of pain (so just never do it). Doctor took x-rays and called for an MRI. Was supposed to done today. I purchased an approved phone from Wal Mart and activated my service. Part of the plan is browser service. I was never able to access my browser and after repeated calls to their customer service department, and after requesting a new phone, which was initially approved I was told everything would be forwarded to the corporate office. I am a realtor. I was contacted by a couple who had a variable loan on a home financed by Chase. The husband had become disabled and their house had become uninhabitable. It had TONS of city violations on it and it is in horrible condition. The amount they owed was more than the house was worth. I put it on the market and got a couple of short sale offers. I purchased my Maruti Alto in May 2006 from Acer Motors, Secundrabad, Hyderabad. I paid for extended third year warranty but haven't received any certificate yet after 1 year of purchase. Since then I am following up with Acer motors but no response. I loged a complaint from Maruti call center but to no avail. Calling their RO in Hyderbad but no response. Executives say that they are doing their duty to remind concerned persons but no one is getting back to me. Well altogether I have spent thousands of dollars at this furniture store. Everytime I have purchased furniture at this location I have been promised a certain delivery time and they can never meet it. I am not talking a reasonable delay I am talking, 5 weeks the first time, 2 1/2 weeks the second time, and of course the third time is not the charm it will be another 2 weeks past the delivery date promised. When I contact the store the management never comes to the phone and the poor salesman has to feel the wrath of the unsatisfied customers. Do yourself a favor do not shop here!!! read full review »

After the contract had ended I was still being billed but it was not coming out of my bank account. I placed an order for six (genie bras) after watching a very convincing commercial on television. The order was placed 3/14/11, I was told it would take between 2 and 3 weeks for them to ship bras. It actually took longer and I received my package today 4/15/11. They were sent in an envelope that should not have cost more than a couple of dollars, Shipping and Handling cost me $19.95. They do the same thing to anyone (after you pay, they will tell you that your order is held by the China Customs and they will ask you more money to be released). I have already made a complaint to the Department of Cyber Crime of Greek Police (one of the best in the world), I have already submitted initial Complaint anantion for their deception. They do not state however that it is subject to terms and conditions. The terms and conditions state that unlimited actually means that they can define unlimited to be whatever they want.
