Signed up with Citi Diamond Preferred 3 months ago because of the promo (F1K7) that they ran which stated 0% BT for life as long as I make purchase 2 times a month. On June 29th 2006, i purchased a PNY 1GB SD card 2 pack from CompUSA in Orem, Utah. There was a $10 mail in rebate offer on either the 1GB SD 2 pack, or a 512MB Compact Flash card, for a possible total of $20 in rebate, if you bought one of each. I only bought the 1GB SD 2 pack. I went to a website to get a free credit report. I completed the information, and never saw anywhere that indicated I would be automatically charged each month, but that is what happened. I called and requested my name be taken off their list. One month later, mine was taken off the list and my husbands was still being charged. Sent Kodak camera in to them on three separate occasions under factory warranty. Each time, camera was logged in and logged out as "repaired" on the same day of receipt. Each time the problem was not corrected. Each time their repair statement said "adjusted to factory specifications" which is roughly akin to pumping up a tire with a slow leak to 32 pounds and saying it is repaired. I recently purchased a couple of chicken burritos at a Taco Bell (6/11/2007) at store number 002987. When eating, apparently there was a small bone like object in the burrito, and it broke a molar. I contacted Taco Bell on numerous occasions, as well as Yum! Brands Inc. Apparently, they need the bone or whatever it was to compensate my dental bills. I ate it, and do did not feel like digging through my poop. They should repay my bills because a tooth just doesn't break like that from sitting around. I would like to complain about a Billy Mays TV add for the Samuri Shark Knife Sharpener. The ad said the order would be doubled for the cost of shipping and handling. It was too good to be true. Recently I unfortunately purchased some windows from Champion Windows out of Albany, NY. My wife and I stopped by their showroom (very impressive) and spoke with a representative who took us through a series of testing booths & demonstrations. Cingular Wireless (the new AT&T) Cingular/AT&T rips consumers off who use their plan through charging you .45 cents a minute even if you begin a phone call 1 minute before your actual nights and weekend minutes begin. We wanted to purchase a home in San Marino. They wanted a deposit but would not give us a receipt stating it would be refunded when we put down the down payment, only verbally would say it would be part of the down payment. Then they would not use a escrow account for the 30% down payment. They say they do not use escrow in Baja.
