I have filed 3 different claims with VPI Pet Insurance only to have all 3 of them denied because of exclusions in their policy. Read the fine print in their policy, there are A LOT of exclusions. Their customer service is worthless. When I called to complain about their lack of coverage, they offered no means to try and give me straight answers. I placed an order for shutters with Hillary's on 17th April. I was informed by the rep that they would be 6-8 weeks. However, they neglect to inform you that you are really signing up for a monthly service and they begin charging 29.95 immediately without notice. Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go. Hi I had a hutch -citibank credit card in june 2006.The scheme offered by citibank was that, they will make the monthly payment for ones hutch postpaid connection. I bought a 07 Tahoe form champion being assured I was buying a flexfuel vehicle. That is what I asked for so they assured me they could help me. I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new. During my stay at Park District I have come to realize that things are not always like they seem. I have taken Loan with Ge Money for Washing Machine. When I have signed the contract and issued the cheques then I cleared that Cheque Date should be after 07th of every Month. I just came from Lowe's and am not very happy. I went for paint and plants.
