However, they neglect to inform you that you are really signing up for a monthly service and they begin charging 29.95 immediately without notice. I purchased a black & Decker BV4000 Type l l20Vac 60142 Blower and Vac from Home Depot a couple years ago and from day one the vac bag will not stay tightly attached and the debri blows all over operator and into air. You replaced this bag once, but now it is not working again. Have you improved this product and since the replacements aren't working, am I entitled to a discount on a better product? I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new. I received a Collections Notice from Afni Collections for $69.45 for a Disconnected telephone number that I have Never had. When I tried to call they said they had too many calls and I should go on their WEB Site to have them call me. This morning I got on the Web Site and saw a different number, after holding for 15 minutes I was disconnected. I called Verizon last night and they confirmed that they have no record of me every having that phone number. They are scamming people and I am outraged that they can get away with this practice. I have filed 3 different claims with VPI Pet Insurance only to have all 3 of them denied because of exclusions in their policy. Read the fine print in their policy, there are A LOT of exclusions. Their customer service is worthless. When I called to complain about their lack of coverage, they offered no means to try and give me straight answers. Hi I had a hutch -citibank credit card in june 2006.The scheme offered by citibank was that, they will make the monthly payment for ones hutch postpaid connection. I am regularly traveling abroad. I am a seaman and holding a valid seaman book with me. I was only suppose to pay for shipping and handling. I got the pills trial size i might add. About a month later they send me maybe 4or 5 bottles of pills. That i did not want i sent the pills back to then thinking they would do a charge back on my credit card. My son from out of town, is driving my Chevy Lumina Euro on 95 N in Georgia. The car breaks down, stalls out, and is disabled, now on the side of the road. This Chevrolet dealership quotes a 25% markup on the Tow truck's bill, $90.00 to look at the car to quote repair charges, and storage fees.
