I get a mediclaim policy, through sbi card tied with Royal Sundram for the year 2005-2006 by informing me and I paid the amount to the card also. But for the year 2006-2007 the same amount has been debited from the SBI credit card without my knowledge. I would like to lodge a complaint about the motorola Motorazr handsets. I have bought two handsets within 20 days and both of them turned up to be faulty. I am really fed up and feel frustrated with Motorola Cellphones now. They gave me a guarantee that they would be able to remove hair on my back (I didn't have that much to start with) - after six treatments they suggested I change to a different laser, at a different location. After six more treatments they kept coming up with different excuses, such as double passing, my skin was too dark, my hair was too dark (I am a middle of the road Caucasian)... it was excuse after excuse. I have been receiving harassing phonecalls from some Airtel & Hutch numbers. The person on the other end seldom speaks, but if they do they ask for someone who doesn't really exist. Even after repeatedly telling them that such a person does not have access to my phone, I keep getting such calls even in the middle of the night. Like many of the complaints noted, I ordered a Trial of Houdai (sic?) which included a "free" bottle, with the order of one month supply of the stuff (2 bottles). I was immediately bombarded with 3 months supply within the first 30 days and my credit card was billed for this junk at the tune of about $65 for each months supply. Alamo Bedding will rip you off. They do not honor their contracts and if you try to get them to honor your contract, they will say you did not follow their guidelines. I had sent one of my representative to close d ac more than required times but each and every time they gave a excuse, such as we are busy, server is down, we are on our month closing etc. When argued to give the statement immediately they told my representative that we can't provide ac details to a 3 party. One of the largest credit card issuers in the US, this privately held subsidiary of a foreign bank seems to have a practice of late billing, slow processing, and unresponsive customer service that results in inappropriate assessment of late fees and interest on payments delivered to them on time but not processed in a timely fashion. I bought a Samsung 24QP (2 Tonne AC) sometime in June'05. AC Worked properly for 2 years. However since July '07, the following problems have surfaced : 1. On 11 August 2007, I received a letter from Values Plus Online stating I had signed up for their services and will be charged $16.95 per month for this service. there was a subscription number contained within the letter. GoVideo / Soyo Model R6530, what a piece of crap. Manu in 2003, quirky when bought new. Picky about DVD+R media brand, sometimes does not work or do anything. Applied a recent update and it croaked. Calls to their customer no service numbers, go unanswered. Or we will transfer you then hangs up. Funny thing is other model I also own works real nice. I was told I was approved for a loan with Bowerland Financial in Vergennes Vermont (which is a fictitious address), by Bruno Minyoni. I was told to moneygram $ 1860 dollars to a man named Bernard Vollmer in Jamaica New York and I would receive my loan of $7000. The money up front was to be for the first 5 months payment and the default insurance. Needless to say I never received my loan after sending the money.
