We boarded our 5 month old puppy at Dog-tel Hotel located in Ocean City Maryland on July 21st and 22nd. When we came to pick up our puppy, her baby blanket was missing, a toy was missing, she had been given no treats we had sent and she had missed a meal. When we asked the staff what had happened, we were told that "they were busy. There were a lot of dogs there and that she got the same satisfactory treatment as the rest." The rudeness continued as we were yelled at for confronting them and no apology was given. We asked for our money back and they refused. I purchased 4 different types of shrubs about 2 weeks ago - Winter Hardy Boxwood, Forsythia, Purple Smoke Bush, and Spicy Sweet Shrub. Yesterday I got a package (a green bag) outside of my house. I recently had my driveway paved by this company and the customer service is horrible. The driveway was to be paved to 2.5 inches and I have found several places where the edges are .5 inches think. I have one 3 foot length area that flexes almost 1.5 feet from the edge when you push on it with your foot. I guess it is typical for propane dealers not to send out bills. When they make a delivery, they leave a bill and you are expected to pay it in a timely fashion. Ok idea, although i am used to dealing with a utility company that bills monthly for usage, but that's my problem...

This letter is a complaint about the SST/Providian credit card. I have never dealt with such an obnoxious, rude customer service department in all my credit history! When I told them I was paying off and closing the account, I was told the amount on the statement was not the amount due--I would have to pay an extra $113 in finance charges to close the account! What the hell is this? Every other credit card I have ever paid off excepts the amount shown on the statement, and gives me a $0 balance. Not SST! Midas 18783 N. 83rd Ave. Peoria, AZ 85382 (623)376-0188. My 21 year old daughter took her car to midas to have the rear end seal replaced in her 67 Mustang. They replaced it with the wrong seal. It continued to leak, she called and they told her that it wasn't the seal, they said she needed a new rear end. Which was not the case, she only needed a competent mechanic to replace the seal, using the right seal, not one that doesn't fit. Four years ago we purchased a Samsung wide screen HD television from Sears in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Last year the color convergence went out making it impossible to adjust the color which had gone crazy. Since we purchased the TV from Sears, we called their Home Repair Center to have the problem repaired. After waiting a week for an appointment the technician arrived but didn't have the part to make the repair (even though they knew the problem before arriving and the part needed to fix it). For over two month I've been trying to receive the medication that I paid for but never received. Their on-line Customer Service is a sham, I waited for over an hour for a representative to answer and when no one answered, I've left countless emails and received the same information that "Some one will contact me within 48 hours".

I am outraged. Three years ago after losing our beautiful blue point Himalayan, Timugen, to PKD (polycystic kidney disease). We went looking for another kitten to keep Timugen's brother company. I understood the Insurance Commission was to assure the consumer that the insurance companies were in compliance with the state insurance regulations and that they would investigate any and all credible and valid complaints made by a consumer. Is this a correct understanding of their role?

I have the tata indicom connection. Form the date i have booked for the connection it is worlds worst service i had from the Tata indicom.
Presently the walky set which tata indicom have given me was defaulted. After so many creating the request the walky set has been replaced by the old worst handset given to me. The replaces handset having some problems

Hired a DJ through this entertainment company and was very unhappy with the service. I sent a letter to the company addressing my various grievances. After more than one month I received a letter in reply in which the DJ outright lied about music he played and things that my husband never said to him. I have video tape of the whole wedding. My friends and I attended the Chocolate Buffet. I have to say that I was disappointed. I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton. Our waitress was very nice, but after our first drink order, she disappeared. After using the buffet once, the trays were empty. They were not replaced or refilled to keep up with the number of people who were using the Chocolate Buffet.
We had to stand in line for twenty minutes waiting to have a crepe made, or should I say reheated, as they were not made fresh as I would expect from the Ritz. I definitely would not recommend your Chocolate Buffet to anyone. read full review »

Mohave County Pools ans Spas of Lake Havasu City Arizona is a big mistake. Do yourself a favor, don't choose them. Their management is terrible, they have had changes in the office and they are horrible. Poor follow up, you nearly have to pull teeth in order to get any updates out of them. They haven't made any schedule or deadline that they have promised and are three months behind schedule on the build of our pool. Our backyard does not match the pictures. My ex husband has never paid a dime of child support in 8 years. he owes over 20,000. the monthly payment is only 189. I don't think that is to hard to do. The state doesn't do a darn thing. They find him then put him in jail. Well he goes to court. they let him out on a 10000 unsecured bail. What crap. Well now he is never heard from now. (Yeah right). He has four other children that don't get a thing either. State don't do a thing. Doesn't my child deserve anything?

I live in Waterloo and own a 2002 Chrysler Mini Van - Yesterday when I went to grab the front edge of the hood to open it a large piece @ 2" by 3" crumbled in my hand. It had been bubbling a for a few months along the front fright edge (@ 12 inches and up the right side towards the windshield @ 18"). The rest of the van is fine.
Is there any hope for compensation?

I signed up with Matchmaker International about 2 years ago (2005) with a lifetime contract $3,000. I received about 6 referrals all of which were a joke. The first man had kids, was not divorced and was on wick. It didn't get much better.
I have just found out that the Evansville branch of Matchmaker International has been closed down. I would like to find out how to get my money back. It is hard to have a lifetime membership when there is no company in the area to have the membership with.

We have a Maytag refrigerator that is only two years old; it is under warranty so Maytag sent A&E Factory Service to fix it. On 22 June the technician determined there was a Freon leak, refill the line and told me to call 800 905 9505 if the unit stopped cooling again within 30 days. We have purchased samsung refrigerator model no: sg25bpwhn on 21/3/2001. Since last year ie 2006 feb, we are having prolonged problems with the refrigerator. I bought a new opel 1.7 turbo diesel bakkie in feb 2006 from eagle canyon auto. Upon the purchase of this new vehicle, i instructed eagle canyon auto to install a new radio and rubber lining.
Within the first week the left hand speaker stopped operating due to a bad connection. The second week, water leaked thrue the roof. Due to bad installation where they didn't install a o-ring on the bee-sting arial.

I took a 3-year subscription of India Today Travel Plus in December 2005 but the first communication from them required 3 email reminders and 7 weeks. The free gift was delayed by 6 months, and the issues have been consistently late or missing. In fact, I have not received a single issue this year (2007) so far, till date, without multiple email reminders and follow ups regarding the same. I am now just waiting for the subscription to be over so that it is one less thing that I have to explicitly follow up every month!!! read full review »
