This is the first time that I have encountered a mortgage company that calls daily after the 1st of the month to ask when they can expect my payment. The payment is due between the 1st and the 16th but by the 2nd, they are calling. In the past, I have dealt with Ameriquest and Countrywide and never had anyone call to find out when or if a payment should be expected. When I received my credit card statement for June I observed a charge for $84.97 from CJW holdings Inc. out of UTAH. I called my card provider and disputed that charge of 484.97. Then when I received my July statement their it was another $84.97 charge. I called my card provider again to dispute these charges. I opened an account with Juniper/Barclay's in May 2007. I requested a balance transfer of a Well's Fargo deferred interest account in June 2007. Juniper/Barclay's paid the wrong person. I was in the Hardees in Rushville, IL yesterday and it was so hot in there we had to leave. I was told the air conditioner had been broken for approximately a week. It could not be fixed because the person in charge was on vacation and no one else was authorized to call for repair. It would not be fixed until this person returned. This is too stupid for words. My mother-in-law reserved a car through the internet with Travelvelocity through Car Rental Express. She was given a confirmation number with Autorent - San Diego. When she arrived at the Autorent office on 3346 Kettner Blvd in San Diego, she was told that Autorent did not have any cars, but that she could, literally, go to the next door in the building to Payless Car Rental where they would honor her Reservation. DO NOT EVER BUY A MAYTAG APPLIANCE!! Their customer Service is the worst experience ever. My wife and I purchased a new side by side refrigerator. The compressor broke 1 1/2 weeks after the warranty expired. About 15 months ago I bought a Riccar vacuum cleaner. Within a few months the motor burned out and the dust brush holder fell off. The vacuum cleaner store replaced the motor.
