The design of the $299 Bose Quiet Comfort II Noise-Canceling Headphones is flawed. The plastic used in the headband cracks under the stress of normal use. We have gone through three sets in two years. My NOKIA 6270 handset gets switched off at its own will and doesn't get switched on. This is a problem which I am facing for the second time within the 1 year warranty period.
