As big as is the name of the company, as small as its attitude towards customers. I purchase ULIP based life insurance policy in march 07 (no - 0045696230). As I asked for my acc. statement in sep07, I noticed a lot of un-authorised deductions in it. I immediately mailed back the request to explain these deductions. This is the one of the worst experience in online shopping. We bought a universal orchid bluetooth headset which is not even universal it only connects with two nokia and 1 motorola model. The room was dirty and had a horrible odor. The bathroom at the airport was cleaner than the bathroom in our room. The shower was rusted and there were bugs in the room. We tried to contact the person who we paid to take care of us, but he did not respond. We were followed to our room by a man who was either drunk or on drugs begging for Pesos. This company promised a loan with the first and last months payment due prior. I sent the money gram and they contacted me on it. They told me the money would be deposited the next day. When it wasn't I contacted them and they said they had a computer problem and needed more money down. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 15 days. I found a $140 overdraft fee in my checking account on 11/05/2007. There was still $275 in the account when this happened. The resulted in a $265 overdraft fee. Don't buy anything at Best Buy on line. Their return policy is awful. You have one month to return a defective part and it takes up to two weeks to get an authorization number. I ordered a camcorder advertised for $229.00. I completed my order. Two days later I received an E-mail to call a 1-800#. When I did I was told that the camcorder I ordered was no longer made. When I ordered it they said it was in stock. I told them to cancell my order immedietly and went back to their web site to look at other camcorders only to find out that the exact camcorder that they said was no longer made was for sale by them except that they had raised the price to $399.00.
