SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. I was referred to Jim Fletcher by his cousin Scott Lane. A person I had met a few years ago. I started in June of 2007. The first several checks were on time. After that the checks were some times late by 2 or 3 days (not unheard of). Soon I began to get bounced checks. Last month my wife signed us up for UNIVERSAL GAS AND ELECTRIC CORP. to start supplying us with our natural gas and we finally received the 1st BILL! I recently ordered a very expensive case with Xoxide.com and it did come. The packaging was in very well shape and I thought all was good. When I opened it to examine the contents, I was shocked at the lack of accessories in the unit. The case is 350$ (give or take a few). They have listed for accessories to purchase with it, a rear hard drive mount unit (an optional component if you don't want to mount in the front 5.25' bays). We purchased the "top of the line" mattress in November 2004 for right under 3K from Mattress Warehouse - a Stearns & Foster King Set, ultra plush Euro pillow top. I was interested in a portable GPS for my car. I am familiar with GPSs and know that sometimes it takes a while for a GPS to catch its satellite signals. I purchased Motorola Razr V3i on 4th December 2007 at around 8.30 pm and within 24 hours (on 5th December 2007 around 4.30 pm) its flip screen display stopped functioning.
