In the fine print of the 'agreement' they commit you to automatic and unending renewal of service at $39.95 a month if you don't cancel within the three days. My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. Purchased two ipod transmitter/chargers for Christmas from this company. The sound is VERY distorted while playing music from your ipod in the car. I have emailed, faxed, and called MULTIPLE times. FIA card services added what they called a credit protection plan to my closed account that took a 3k bal to 7 k since 2002 with no purchases. This company is a scam! They do not even have a credit protection department, I have called over 20 times trying to get this problem solved any when they try to transfer me to that dept. the phone goes dead. Nokia 5300. Bought Aug 2007. Dec 2007 - screen has somehow broken from within. There are no visible cracks in the glass, however there is a sort of dark electronic EKG-like smearing against a white background, that is unchanged in shape and size. The display has the look of modern art. No icons or photos are visible which makes the whole thing pretty useless. Phone was in pocket; good one minute and not so fine the next. On January 12, 2008 I was billed through my debit card for $59.99 for an order of Heart Guardian. I had not heard of Heart Guardian, nor have I ever placed an order for it. I do use Viapro, a male enhancement supplement, which I found on a website called themenschoice.com. This website, as I found out, also advertises Heart Guardian. The only product I have ever used my debit card to order online is Viapro. I have complained to Viapro (yesterday) but haven't heard from them. Hertel two builders who got caught building cheap homes in San Luis Obispo, CA they are part of the Hertel Group. The State has a ongoing investigation into there wine business be warned to have the wine tested for toxic substances first. Hertel employee and con man Tom Habbick is running the winery since there building business has failed. My biggest mistake was sending them a check instead of using a credit card. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charges. Order business cards in July, 2007, after a month of receiving nothing I started contacting customer service... I kept getting "2 weeks and you will get your order". I received an automatic phone call reminding me about an extended automobile warranty. I never bought a warranty nor did I recently purchase a vehicle. This apartment complex scams when upon move in... they advise you just have to pay the non-refundable deposit... but when you move out... you are slammed with hundreds of charges. They make you pay for painting... every month you are living there, you are charged $13.89... which is never told upon move-in. Also charged twice the price of items in the apartment... upon move-out. I have bought the Sears Kenmore HE3 Elite Electric Dryer 5 years ago. Door handle keeps breaking off and I keep replacing it. Sometime it breaks within days. It is a faulty design.
