Panda software like other typical software companies provides few means for personal level software support. I purchased Panda Global Protection 2009 and installed it on my Vista x64 PC. After first reboot, the PC would not allow me to click on any programs and the start menu would not open. Explorer.exe would hang. After ordering a CD for 1.98 (which was never received) I was subsequently charged monthly fees of both 59.95 and 17.45. While informed of the 59.95 monthly membership fee, the 17.45 was not authorized. In an attempt to call the 800 number listed on their website, I got nothing but a busy signal. Here it is 20 days later and I am 100 dollars lower in my bank account and have never received my package. I have left 4 voicemails at their Canadian office and have sent numerous emails. I filed for bankruptcy because I missed 1 mortgage payment. Citimortgage told me they would send me paperwork so that i could apply the missed payment at the end of the loan. I think I saw the ad for a trial bottle of this product on the Oprah.com website. The fee was to be $4.99 for a 15 day trial which is a 30 capsule bottle. It has been noted that our monthly phone bill is being charged a monthly service to Rocket Communications SVCS, Inc. at a rate of $12.85 per month. This is not a service that we signed up for or want. I reserved a vehicle for pick up December 25th in Ft lauderdale. Receved confirmation. On December 22nd I received a courtesy email reminder that my car will be waiting for pick up. The next day 12/23 I receved an email confirming my request to cancel my reservation. I never cancelled my reservation. When I called, the manager stated they have no cars, yet I was able to make a new reservation at a much higher rate. This was a game to get me to rebook for a lot more money.
