I ordered an item from this store on December 6th, and was told i'd receive my tracking number in 24 hours. It's December 24th now, and i never received my item, not even a tracking number! They charged me $20 for shipping, which i think is ridiculous to charge to ship a tee shirt, and i still haven't gotten anything. I submitted 5 inquiries on their website, was told i'd be contacted in 24 hours, and i still haven't heard from anyone. Today 24th Dec, 2008 most of the major Gas stations are closed due to non availability of gas. I am surprised to see that all of these gas stations went out of stock in one day when the gas price gone down. Is there any regultaion with the government to control such consumer cheating? This company send me a simple 4/4 color print job of 1000 11x17' brochures that was missing magenta ink. CMYK printing requires all 4 colors, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. If one of those colors fails to print, the job is going to be seriously off color. I started an account with this company in October of 2007. I put two things under the account. One was a line of credit for about $6000, and the other was a credit card totaling about $2000. The company promised help with a bad situation, due to the fact that both accounts had gone to collections. I paid my $49 for a cell number trace two days ago. I have since attempted to contact them using the email address provided on their website, and it comes back undeliverable every time. I also used their website form to submit a request for the status of my report, and it came back undeliverable as well. It seems that I may have been scammed. We contracted them to move us when they picked up our household goods they demanded more money and threatened to auction our belongings unless we pay the full amount. They will not give us any guarantee that our goods are not damaged or missing. They currently are under investigation with FMSCA, they have 30 complaints with BBB a eleven of them for Agreeing to perform according to their contract, 2 complaints for refusing to refund the consumer. I had not shown up for training sessions because I had been so busy. The charges were still being debited. I didn't mind because I could alway use my sessions at a later date. WRONG. I feel I am being discriminated against the fact that I drive a moped. I decided to drive a moped to lessen the amount of cars on the road.
