I called to cancel my subscription within the 14 days so i would not be charged. I called several times. No RESPONSE! I could never get anyone to the phone. I was without a computer so i kept calling. My account was debited for 86 dollars on the 21st without my permission. I finally got in touch with a rep. Phone calls from a Max Stevens starting at 6:00 am in the morning and as late as 9:30 at night wanting a bank account number of last 4 digits of a social security number. Sprint PCS Case#: C2120394. BBB case# 99231891. On August 31st, 2008 Sprint customer rep offered me a $150 creadit towards my account plus $150/phone (I have 3 phones) towards each new phones if I renewal a 2 year contract with them. Purchased a New Maytag Washer, Dryer, Frig, and the Range unit listed above. The Washer's transmission went out after 14 months. It was maytags industrial model. Paid $75 to replace the transmission in it and now a year later its out again. The range unit listed made a popping sound and the lights went dim in the house for a second and now the oven wont work but the units on top work fine. Like Several other consumers I had to wait and beg for my transmission to be shipped in FEB 2008. They were very quick to pick up the core but I still have not recieved the core credit. In June 2008 TIM stated "oversight on company and credit would be issued ASAP".In NOV 2008 CINDY stated "all was in order and didnt understand why refund wasnt issued and she would personally see to it being issued and would have check in 2 weeks". Really bad experiebce with the company - Twice Once in September - Ordered roses... Delivery was late by a day/ Flowers were poor quality (old and withered)and they changed the colour from red to pink... apparently they have some sort of a substitution policy... I was mislead about the price of closing...I should say LIED to. They STOLE 500.00 from me. I did not give them permission to take money from my credit card after being told that they only need the credit card on file to send any documents up to the underwriter. My father Bing Lambert Jr. has has insurance with the Hartford for several years and I have paid his premiums on a timely basis. He had an accident on 20 December and when we filed a claim we were told that his policy was cancelled effective 20 November 2008. A payment was made in the amount of $227.88 on 8 December. I asked for a refund back in 2007 for $59.99. This is such a small amount. Each time they sent me a refund check it bounced costing me $20.00 for each bounced check. When I try to call their customer service line on the check, I either get an error messege or i get through and am hung-up on my their automated phone procedures. This is not a business. Today a charge of $69.40 showed on my debit card, which I didn't authorize. I authorized a purchase of $7.32 for a sample. How convienent for them that this website is no longer there, but if there is anyone else that can confirm this scam. Supposidely theis names are Stephan & Janet (Jane) Browns. They said they live on the National Gaurd Camp in North Dakota, checked with a leutinant there and he has never heard of them. The money I sent them was $700 to their shipping companies "accountant" in Springfield, Illinois. I have already persued this with local authorities and the ICS. I ordered a boxed set of the TV show THIRD WATCH, they claimed to sell the entire 6 seasons in one set for 58.44. That's what they took from my bank account. When I received the DVD's they came from CHINA and were copied DVD's from NBC and A&E channels. Most of the discs are damaged and skip. We can only watch a few of the episodes. I sent them an email and even called a phone number that showed up on my bank account but it is a voice mail. Be aware of buying. I learned my lesson. This company is basically a lending shark. They access your personal bank account and charge you a membership fee for a product which they are not upfront about. If you try to cancel the "membership" then they hold your good credit record up to being blackmailed. This is online scamming at it's worst.
