Catonsville store has the worst customer service ever! I bought a dresser and chose the option to pick it up. The sales person convinced us that the dresser will fit into a mini van - but we realized the furniture was too big for the van when we went to pick it up. When I called to cancel trial and get return instruction, found that the phone number given when ordering was a bad number, as was the number on my bank statement with the original shipping charges. This agency did not disclose penalties and costs relating to airline ticket name changes. A name had to be changed on an airline ticket and the penalty was 100% of the ticket cost. We had to purchase a new ticket. This was not disclosed to us anywhere before purchasing the vacation package. On November 2, 2008, I ordered a Grant Software CD for $1.98 and receiving a confirming email. My credit card I received last month and paid was billed $1.98 on 11/2. The last carton of cigarettes I got did have the FSC above the barcode. While I do see a purpose behind the new laws that mandate cigarette makers to use less igniting material in their products, I feel that in the case of Marlboro, Phillip Morris has taken things to far. The cigarette will not stay lit unless you a constantly puffing on it. Some of them go out before you have time to exhale. It is at an expense to tax payers to maintain the website and the toll-free number and both, especially the ACCESS toll-free number, are practically useless. As a individual with no insurance due to full time schooling and decreased employment oppertunities from the market I was forced to enter the ER in November 2008.
