I ordered under a free trial for 30 days of 2 products offered. The Acai Berry Cleanse and the Life Cleanse. I received the product 7-10 days after the order. Twenty days after I signed for these my bank account was charged. The trial was not complete and the amount charged was different than the add had stated. I have also been billed for this. They told me it was something I asked for on an online survey I took...I don't recall ever asking for this, and have never used it. I have called twice and been told my AT&T acct would be credited. As of now (4 months after the first call) it has NOT been done. I talked to AT&T and they won't remove the billing. I am furious over this. I don't think ANY company should be allowed to add any kind of a charge to any ones acct. that is not Approved by the person responsible for the acct. I ordered a book from NOMADE BOOKSTORE through ALIBRIS on Dec 15th, 2008. Until today, my order status is still pending. The expected arrival date of the book is on January 16th, 2009. I doubt that they can deliver the book on time if the status is still pending until today. I am worried that they are not going to send the book at all. I tried to terminate my Sprint contract, because Sprint could no longer connect to Cogent's network due to a peering dispute. I could not get to my work Website. Sprint did not send a warning that this was going to happen or even an apology. Because I had to get to my work Website, I had to find another carrier. Because Sprint made a unilateral decision to cut off communications with a large part of the Internet, it should have to pay for the pain that it caused its customers.
