I actually drove an hour and a half to their location to pick up a part and they admitted to having 7 of them on site, but REFUSED, even after my pleading to allow me to purchase the $20 part because they are 'an internet company'... not a retail store. I had a friend who was referred to this company and she ordered and no problems. Even though she did not have to send in an forms or do nothing. She called and with in 5 min she had a tracking number. So we split the order for 45 days and i was time for me to order. I've had NCC clean my carpet several times before, but the last time takes the cake. It looked like the guy came off the street, smell of smoke, then asks to use the bathroom. We took our Grand Prix in for some warranty work. Later that day, one of the service guys called to try to convince us that we needed to give them $200 for a much needed thermostat replacement job. Like many others, I purchased a product not knowing they wrote an 'automatic renewal' in the small print of the terms of use. My girlfriend taken Southwest Airlines from Oakland, Ca to Tucson, Az. When she had checked her luggage with a digital camera, cell phone charger, and laptop charger along with the rest of her things at Oakland. When she got her bag back the zipper was open and the camera and both chargers were stolen. I was redirected to this website looking for an Office suite. Although I should know better, I let PayPal send them 49.95 for a program that I realize is free, and then realized there was no further link for download, shipping, etc. No confirmation from the company. After he buys something, he emails the seller saying the the U.S. Postal Service does not deliver in his area and asks the seller to ship UPS and he will reimburse them the extra funds.
