I made a confirmed reservation through the internet with HRS at the Fraser Suites Seef on the 8th of march. When I arrived this afternoon i have been told by hotel manager that my booking was never sent to the hotel by the reservation company. I called them and they assured me that my booking was emailed to the hotel minutes after I made it. I waited for approximately 2 hours with any result. On December 17, I reached the airport hoping to receive my mother who was travelling from India via Dubai. Data transfer slower than USB 1 even though on the packet it was written USB 2 data transfer: I also had similar type of incident in the same way they deducted 10% on the product (please refer to the complain of Camera nikon) .
