PX Performance offered a weeks supply of Acia Berry product over email and once accepted they would put you on automatic ship and begin shipping and billing. I immediatly canceled and returned all product, contacted my Credit Card provider and began a dispute. Ultimately PX billed my account for 3 of the one week charges and 2 of the monthly charges before I closed my credit card to terminate their fraudulent charges. They show you real items, pictures of real items, then send you fakes from China! They send you the wrong size, item, etc. Then, when you email them to get the RMA to return the item, they don't respond to your email! We recently had our service with Fairpoint canceled. We chose another provider whom we are very pleased with. Fairpoint will not release our telephone number to our new provider. What this means is that I can call anyone anywhere and NO ONE WHO IS A FAIRPOINT CUSTOMER CAN CALL ME! Four C's Management refused to rent an apartment to a senior citizen because she was short $100 on her income despite the fact that 2 relatives who are employed and make more than enough income, applied as co-applicants with the senior. I bought a Range from Sears in May of 08 and I cut my finger on the vent that is right above the Range top and below the dials on a ledge and you cant see it... This company scams you. They offer a free grant package and then hit you for a membership fee. When you contact them at the number on your billing statement, they say the fee is non-refundable. Well most of the channels are overseas channels and the very few that are USA channels are college broadcast stations. My wife just received notice that her check account was overdrawn. When we investigate the account statement, we find that AIG insurance has place two withdrawals to this account for $24.9o each. This withdrawals occurred on 1/20/09 and then 2/18/09, less than one month later. AIG never received any authorization from us for insurance. We never received any policy or notification of what this insurance is. The only way AIG could have access to this account, is if Wells Fargo gave them the information and authorization. Next Level Marketing which uses the name Quote Associates says that they are a marketing company that exclusively markets in specified zip codes for health insurance leads. They give you projections as to how many leads from each zip code you should receive. They maintain a website for all the leads that come in for you. After 5 months I received NO leads, not one.
