I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. We are a small family owned office supply distributor, The Bethany Group was one of our largest accounts, we trusted them and their employees, when they got behind with what they owed they always said they would send a payment and they did, until recently. The company now owes us over $20, 000 of supplies that we delivered to them that we had to pay for but they still haven't. The employees who knew the company wasn't going to pay but still ordered supplies from us are just as bad as the owners of the business who I read about all over the internet. This company is attempting to sue me for an old credit card debt from 2003. As far as I have checked, there is absolutely no record of this creditor on my credit report. All I can find is the lawyers (Bowman, Heintz, Boscia and Vician) inquiry on my report. There is no verification of the account number or even a date for appearance. Just the opportunity to respond within twenty-three days. I can't afford to have a judgement on my credit report and I feel like this company has waited until the very end of the time they can come after someone to file now. What can I do to work this out.
