This place installed the wrong carpet in my hallway and refused to fix it. There theroy was that I got a higher quality carpet so they were not going to do anything about it. Even though it was not what I ordered. I am still contemplating calling an attorney especially since Rob told me that if the made this mistake on a $10000 job they would have to fix it. I guess since mine was only around $1000 it doesn't matter. I am going to share this story this my area networking group. I Was referred to him for a "Psych Evaluation" which was biased toward young people and quite a joke to an intelligent person. He made a lot of false assumptions and included them in his report. My company's Fidelity 401k plan has what appears to be an undocumented policy of penalizing a so-called "round trip" for a given mutual fund. On April 24, 2008 my husband and I purchased a waterbed from Oasis bedrooms. Eight months later the bed sprung a leak, ruining the entire bed. I had the same bill for at least 4 months, Verizon FIOS says some companies have authority to add miscellaneous charges to my bill. But for me to correct and error on their bill about an extra set top box rental, I was on the phone for an hour. Why can't I correct it quicker? AT&T and FIOS are probably in cahoots with them. I placed an order for a Canon 50D camera and package. The order was given a confirmation number and I was sent an email stating the order would be processed in 24-48 hours. Umlauf ruined my careers. I failed a drug test due to his doing drugs while I slept. I do not do drugs. I purchased a Thermo Spas Hot Tub in 2000. They claim that they pre-test all spas before they ship them, meaning they fill them up with water and run them. Wally World Resort Campgrounds in Ohio are affiliated with Coast to Coast Campground Memberships. Coast to Coast charges very high yearly dues so you can stay in their campgrounds for $10 a night. They do not tell you when you sign up that their campgrounds are pretty awful and for maybe just $10 a night more you can stay in a really nice park with like Passport America or Camp Club USA who charge reasonable yearly dues and give you a discount on 100's of really nice campgrounds around the country. We purchased a Timeshare from ARI Holiday Network back in 1994, shortly there after fees begin to ascend. In 1999 they implemented new admin fees. With poor to non existent customer service and fees escalating out of control, We decided to abandon ship. Not only did We loose our timeshare but to this day collection agencies harass Us for back fees, to the point that a Lien is now on our property.
