We are a small family owned office supply distributor, The Bethany Group was one of our largest accounts, we trusted them and their employees, when they got behind with what they owed they always said they would send a payment and they did, until recently. The company now owes us over $20, 000 of supplies that we delivered to them that we had to pay for but they still haven't. The employees who knew the company wasn't going to pay but still ordered supplies from us are just as bad as the owners of the business who I read about all over the internet. This company is attempting to sue me for an old credit card debt from 2003. As far as I have checked, there is absolutely no record of this creditor on my credit report. All I can find is the lawyers (Bowman, Heintz, Boscia and Vician) inquiry on my report. There is no verification of the account number or even a date for appearance. Just the opportunity to respond within twenty-three days. I can't afford to have a judgement on my credit report and I feel like this company has waited until the very end of the time they can come after someone to file now. What can I do to work this out. After the auction date of our/your property, you legally have 20 days of final ownership. After that the new owner or company of the property has to go through the courts to start the eviction prosses. Like the other complaints on this board, the company continued to withdraw monthly fees from my checking account after my two year contract period which I had contacted them not to automatically renew. When I brought it to their attention I was told the money would not be refunded and then received a paper bill for an additional month's dues. My husband and I got married on April 28th, 2007. We paid for our wedding ourselves, and my husband worked overtime just to get me the photographer I wanted. After many delays, asthma supposedly etc, puppy arrives on a Friday by Tuesday little Lillybelle admitted to Emergency Vet Hospital after vomitting, bloody stool and lethargy. PARVO... I ordered a free sample on 1/29/2009. On 1/30/2009 I found out this was a scam operation and I called to cancel my order. On 2/2/2009, I called a second time to confirm the cancellation. Both times I was told that my order had been cancelled.
