Allstate Imaging originally called me to try their toner. I tried and bought that particular toner. I was later called and told that the toner was part of a package price and that they would ship the rest of the package. I poured a cup of coffee at a gas station in Rugby, ND into what was listed as a 16-ounce size cup. I couldn't find a lid that matched, then realized I grabbed a cup for cold drinks instead of a cup for hot drinks. This site offered a FREE disc about government grants and charged $1.98 for shipping. Not only did I never receive the disc but they charged me $39.95 that was unauthorized. I have checked my emails and there is nothing from them (may have gone into junk or spam). They list a 1.800.487.7085 phone number that was automated and just said "please hold for the next available agent." I have known of two cases where the people were sent home with a clean bill of health, and died that night... well, it would be three, because one was a nine month pregnant woman and her baby! Promised that this was not a time share and no additional fees. When we went to make the reservations and we were informed we were subject to extension fees and that we had to attend a time share seminar. We demanded a refund which that passed us around to several different team members and finally being told that we could not get a refund. After 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service if my returning is in right process as I haven't received any feedback. They answered they can not assist me and refund the amount I paid for that bag just because my returning is not a traceable method. The automatic toll pass installed in the vehicle we rented was not fully explained at the rental desk. The result was the daily surcharges fees exceeded the total cash tolls accumulated. I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. We are a small family owned office supply distributor, The Bethany Group was one of our largest accounts, we trusted them and their employees, when they got behind with what they owed they always said they would send a payment and they did, until recently. The company now owes us over $20, 000 of supplies that we delivered to them that we had to pay for but they still haven't. The employees who knew the company wasn't going to pay but still ordered supplies from us are just as bad as the owners of the business who I read about all over the internet. This company is attempting to sue me for an old credit card debt from 2003. As far as I have checked, there is absolutely no record of this creditor on my credit report. All I can find is the lawyers (Bowman, Heintz, Boscia and Vician) inquiry on my report. There is no verification of the account number or even a date for appearance. Just the opportunity to respond within twenty-three days. I can't afford to have a judgement on my credit report and I feel like this company has waited until the very end of the time they can come after someone to file now. What can I do to work this out.
