Like the other complaints on this board, the company continued to withdraw monthly fees from my checking account after my two year contract period which I had contacted them not to automatically renew. When I brought it to their attention I was told the money would not be refunded and then received a paper bill for an additional month's dues. After many delays, asthma supposedly etc, puppy arrives on a Friday by Tuesday little Lillybelle admitted to Emergency Vet Hospital after vomitting, bloody stool and lethargy. PARVO... I ordered a free sample on 1/29/2009. On 1/30/2009 I found out this was a scam operation and I called to cancel my order. On 2/2/2009, I called a second time to confirm the cancellation. Both times I was told that my order had been cancelled. I got my report however once Equidata got my card number they automatically signed me up for services I did not want or need and started billing my card $12.95 a month. We purchased an All American Home from All American Homes in January 2002. Our house was one of the first houses with openings on each & every soffet (used for ventilation).
