We bought a 50' inch Sony Wega from PC Richards with the extended warrenty about 3 years ago. For some reason the tv would turn off by itself, then wouldn't turn on at all. This internet company delivered damaged goods that were poorly made. Pokemario said they would replace the defective garment if we would not write a negative report with Ebay. We returned the damaged and poorly made garment to them. They stalled us with additional emails promising to remake the garment until the 60 days from date of purchase had gone by. After 60 days from date of purchase, Ebay can no longer help us get our money back. Pokemario then broke all contact with us. This is a fraudulent company that does not deserve to be in business. I ordered a set of four NEW pumps from this company. Can you believe that they sent me USED, BROKEN, and INCOMPLETE pumps? When I complained, they told me to send them back for a refund (I should have asked for a pre-paid return label). Consequently, I had to pay for shipping it BACK to them. After my previous water heater failed after 31 years, I had a 30-gallon A. O. Smith Promax gas water heater installed on October 30, 2007. On November 17, after 19 days, the pilot light went out. Upon membership completion, I received an automatic email indicated my credit card had been deducted $29.95. Bought a brand new RZR-S for $14K. Soon after I began hearing that the air filter on the vehicle was allowing dust to infiltrate the motor. Since my unit did not see much use I kept a close eye on this while contacting my dealer regarding this problem. I spoke to HDinstallers on the phone and, after paying their ridiculous fee, they sent out a bum in a van who said he was there to install my plasma tv. My wife wouldn't even let the guy into our house b/c he didn't have identification showing that he was with HD installers. Not until after you made your "non-refundable" payment and receive your receipt for reloading their prepaid "greendot refill card" do you learn that you cannot even log in to add the funds for 60 minutes. If you purchase the refill card because you need to pay a bill online such as to get a service turned back on that was overdue, you will add an hour wait to the time it takes to have that service restored. Found a charge on our business credit card for an alleged stay at a Travelodge hotel. No-one stayed there on the date in question. In fact no-one stayed any where around that date.
