My husband and I were scammed by this company while on vacation (2/09) and agreed to sign over two timeshares we owened and pay an additional $14, 000 for 575 weeks of vacation. Everything they agreed to, but didn't include in the paperwork they gave us, was a lie. If we don't pay them the money and turn over our deeds to the timeshares, they will try to ruin our credit. I went to Zake for lunch and specifically ordered from the lunch menu because I only had an hour for lunch. After 45 min no sushi I asked the waitress to check on my order she said it would be 2 minutes, then they only brought out only one of the 2 same orders for sushi. My Original Creditor: Chase Manhattan Bank, account was turned over to collection agency, Law Office Joe Pezzuto, LLC the amount original owed $1, 500. on this amount which is now paid off and my interest due was over 3, 000. Requested to have my monthly payments reduced from $125.00 per month to 62.50 per month. This company is a huge ripoff. They can do nothing to repair your DAC. I was fired from KLLM because I needed 6 weeks off for surgery. I brought my cat in to this facility on a weekend as no vets in a 70 mile radius had after hours care. My cat was severely dehydrated and sick. I asked what the fees were before I brought him up and they just said it was $130.00 just to look at the animal. Once I got there I waited for nearly two hours to get in as they were very busy. I returned an expensive comforter to beyondbedding within 3 days after I received the item. Not only did they not issue a refund after I followed their return instructions, but they claimed they have no record of a return, despite my provided proof. This company is not to be trusted. I had taken my 2005 Chevrolet Malibu for service, under warranty, to the above company business name. The car was running the battery down. It was taken into them 2 maybe 3 times for that problem. The efax service company does not work. Apparently faxmicro.com was purchased by fax.com but there was no notice or bulletin that this take over transaction was taking place. I have not been receiving any faxes in the past 5 business day which is negatively effecting my work and business. I have called each company for the past 5 days and no one ever picks up the phone. My feeling is they have the check you put the roof on because we put the roof on, and they have the money. We received an insurance check made out to me and CitiMortgage for loss of our roof. They have delayed and stone walled with paper work, many different answers, inspections, everything that happens requires 3-7 business days. I purchased a Samsung monitor, now last year. I had problems from the start, I thought it was my new computer. I took my computer back to the store twice within the first 60 days of purchase.
