I called rental office on 3/18/09, left a message that water in toilet was running (continuously), toilet could not be flushed. I have not been able to use for the past 24 hours. Called rental office again on 03/19 after their office opened at 9:00 am, was told that someone would be sent out immediately. The efax service company does not work. Apparently faxmicro.com was purchased by fax.com but there was no notice or bulletin that this take over transaction was taking place. I have not been receiving any faxes in the past 5 business day which is negatively effecting my work and business. I have called each company for the past 5 days and no one ever picks up the phone. My feeling is they have the check you put the roof on because we put the roof on, and they have the money. We received an insurance check made out to me and CitiMortgage for loss of our roof. They have delayed and stone walled with paper work, many different answers, inspections, everything that happens requires 3-7 business days. I purchased a Samsung monitor, now last year. I had problems from the start, I thought it was my new computer. I took my computer back to the store twice within the first 60 days of purchase. What it was was the monitor was the problem. I was able to hook up an old monitor to my computer and it works just fine. This company is nothing but lies. I got a call from an rep. from Adova after I had inquired about Health Ins. The product sounded like what I wanted so I took a policy out and asked Miss Taylor (person I was talking to) when this policy would be in effect. Her replay was as soon as your payment comes off your credit card. That happened March 1, on March 7 I had a heartattack guess what when the hospital and doctors and air evac turned in the bills, they were told that I was not covered until April 1. I have been harrassed at work and at home by this recovery company. They will not explain why they are calling unless I give them my last four Social Security numbers. They verified my home address and phone, but refuse to tell me why they are calling. They insult me continuously and give me no, zero, none information as to why. I have for over a year received harassing phone calls asking for a Mr. Hicks, who apparently owes someone money. I contacted the company for assistance in completing Chapter 7 documents. They agreed to complete the paperwork for $195 and all I would have to do is file them and pay the filing fees.
