I ordered a pedigree Maltipoo puppy from this business, Big Block Kennel, and they provided a one year health guarantee. I picked the puppy up from them in Houston in mid-August, 2008. I ordered this "free trial" only to be billed $87.13 for something I did not order. I called the company to ask about this charge. I told them the credit card transaction was on 2 MAR, I got this product on 5 MAR and had the 15 day free trail which I was calling to cancel. I was told that the card was charged on the 16th (according to their customer service person the transaction was on 1 MAR) . my credit card was charger $79.95. I called the company 1-866-200-8961. They took my name, address & phone number and said they would look into it. I have not heard anything and after reading comments at www.ripoffreport.com/0/434/ripoff0434669.htm I wish I would not have given them that information. That web site said they were connected to 123-Funds 1-866-631-1642 a company that advertises to send out info on government grants. I ordered a free sample of skin products over the internet at the end of January and was asked for my credit card number to pay $4.95 shipping charges. I never received the samples. On the same day I was charged $29.95US for some products that I did not ask for or order and I did not receive. They sent me a check for $5, 585.94, and they wanted me to send them back 2, 998.00 thru the wester union or monetgram to a tax agent. her name is Jane Hoover (at least they changed the last name from doe to Hoover) I took that hot check to the wells fargo bank and they told me that it was no good. Misleading warranty. They only allowed 11.8 hours to replace an engine that takes every bit of 20 hours to replace. You think your deductible is $100.00 until they don't pay for tear downs, fluids, etc. etc. You pay good money for what you think is a warranty, and then they try every way to not pay, or pay next to nothing. They covered less than half of the total due from the repair shop. When you call, they will get rude with you, and tell you you should have bought a better warranty plan. read full review »

I was finally able to get ahold of a live person by calling 1-866-549-0248. I was told they would cancel my membership for the current month and reverse the $59.69; however, it would take 7-10 business days to appear at my bank as a credit. I tried to call numerous times with a busy signal and finally got through to someone today (Pamela) and she said I would be credited the money back in 48 hours. I took out a loan on 11/28/08 for $750.00. Then refinanced and borrowed an extra $375.00 on 1/15/09. I have been paying them back every two weeks now since November of 2008 and every time i am due to make a payment they charge me and outrageous fee... Warranty America is disorganized and has poor customer service. After a year, they still don't recognize my policy number. The first excuse was that it was a new type of policy.
