Dear viewers, I am an employee of Toys "R" Us and I cannot disagree enough with the complaints about the store even more. Please make sure that when you lose a Toys "R" Us gift card that you go to customer service and ask for it. I am currently having difficulty opting out of Vancouver Island University's health and dental plan. January 5, 2009 is the date in which I started my first semester at this school. Upon registration I was not made aware of an opting out date (Feb 1st) and I did not receive any opting out appeal papers. La Quinta - Pasadena. Hotel Guest Safety... There has been 21 vehicle break ins since April '08. All you have to do is give the police the address and it is in the open records. The management at the hotel knows and NOW the corp. office knows, but since it is a franchize hotel. NO ONE is worried about it. But April 13, 2009 we were 1 of 3 guest that had our vehicles broken into. The hotels comment was "we are not responsible for auto break ins, file your loss on your home owner insurance. I used my debit card to purchase a software CD for finding & obtaining government grants. I never received the CD and after 4 Emails some from Ms Fitzgerald I finally got support services. The gentlemant I spoke with was named David he told me it was to bad, I hadn't received the CD. My son was 16 months old when he started here and one of the "favorites" was almost 4 but was apparently mentally handicapped. They continued to allow that child to stay in the 1-1.5 year old class. Beware of Electrostim Medical Services, also known as EMSI. They provide small electric shock devices if you have back pain - which doesn't even help I bet. We went to our doctor who apparently ordered one for us but didn't really explain to us what he was doing and that it would cost so much. Absolute and utter lack of care for children and staff! I Currently work at a Portland Kindercare facility, there is no attention payed to staff about concerns or complaints regarding best care practices of children.
