This company is nothing but lies. I got a call from an rep. from Adova after I had inquired about Health Ins. The product sounded like what I wanted so I took a policy out and asked Miss Taylor (person I was talking to) when this policy would be in effect. Her replay was as soon as your payment comes off your credit card. That happened March 1, on March 7 I had a heartattack guess what when the hospital and doctors and air evac turned in the bills, they were told that I was not covered until April 1. I have been harrassed at work and at home by this recovery company. They will not explain why they are calling unless I give them my last four Social Security numbers. They verified my home address and phone, but refuse to tell me why they are calling. They insult me continuously and give me no, zero, none information as to why. I have for over a year received harassing phone calls asking for a Mr. Hicks, who apparently owes someone money. I have had the current telephone number for over a year, and I know nothing of a Mr. Hicks (if that's a correct spelling it could be Hix, or something else I suppose), and I continually explain that to the representatives on the phone, who promise to take my number off their listing, but then a week later I get another call from another representative of this company. Fidelity Reader Service, Inc. is still ripping people off. I had 2 young girls "trying to go to college" and in competition with another team come to my door. I contacted the company for assistance in completing Chapter 7 documents. They agreed to complete the paperwork for $195 and all I would have to do is file them and pay the filing fees. This company took my money Greg Bohl and Claudia Montalvo provided me with partial paperwork that was not completed correctly then never returned calls or emails. I sent 3 money orders totaling $475.00 and his office alled me to let me know that the money orders where received and that he was actively working on restoring my licsence. The next day I was told that the money orders where stolen and he would still handle my case. I called him back after contacting the post office and they told me he is responsilbe for the missing money orders. As a first time pet owner, I was unaware that my pet dog needed shots every year. I found out when I was making a reservation at our boarders. I purchased tickets online to a concert in California. When I received my ticket confirmation, the tickets were for the same concert in Arizona. The website had the dates switched for the concert. The tickets were purchased 5 months in advance. I filed a dispute with American Express who did nothing to support me. The tickets were delivered to a neighbors address by FedEx and I shipped back to the merchant immediately. Contractor did sloppy work on a colored stamped concrete patio. Several areas of patio were not stamped, but hand-drawn without a straight edge. Color faded within 2 weeks. Where to begin?...I first met the Metro VW people several months after buying my 2002 Passat from another VW dealership in November 2004. We purchased a maghogony door two years ago from AAW Inc.through Capistrano Hardwoods. The doors are on the north side of the house (sheltered) and have faded from red maghogony to a golden pecan color. The company refuses to stand by their product and the dealer, Capistrano Hardwoods in San Juan Capistrano will not help us in any way. I called the 800 number to order a tonneau cover for my truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to music only to get an option to leave a message. Thinking this may be just an isolated instance I called again 2 hours later. Same experience. I called the company and it appears that they never answer the phone. I purchased furniture online, total was 1, 753.00 which 65% was supposed to be charged to my credit card. The entire amount was charged without my knowledge or consent. I recently purchased a pedometer from this company that on top of the initial cost charges $99 per year for dues. They track your steps online and it is a very good product. However, this company does not have a phone number, and therefore no reasonable way to get in touch with a live person. The website claims that my membership has expired, even though I have in my hands a receipt proving that I paid them in full for a full year long membership.
