I ordered a set of four NEW pumps from this company. Can you believe that they sent me USED, BROKEN, and INCOMPLETE pumps? After my previous water heater failed after 31 years, I had a 30-gallon A. O. Smith Promax gas water heater installed on October 30, 2007. On November 17, after 19 days, the pilot light went out. Upon membership completion, I received an automatic email indicated my credit card had been deducted $29.95. Bought a brand new RZR-S for $14K. Soon after I began hearing that the air filter on the vehicle was allowing dust to infiltrate the motor. Since my unit did not see much use I kept a close eye on this while contacting my dealer regarding this problem. I spoke to HDinstallers on the phone and, after paying their ridiculous fee, they sent out a bum in a van who said he was there to install my plasma tv. My wife wouldn't even let the guy into our house b/c he didn't have identification showing that he was with HD installers. Not until after you made your "non-refundable" payment and receive your receipt for reloading their prepaid "greendot refill card" do you learn that you cannot even log in to add the funds for 60 minutes. If you purchase the refill card because you need to pay a bill online such as to get a service turned back on that was overdue, you will add an hour wait to the time it takes to have that service restored. My truck was stolen in Dec of 08. My primary insurance declared it a total loss, and settled my claim within a month. They did their part in paying what they needed to the finance company, in an appropriate and timely manner.
