I bought a pair of black casual easyspirit ladies work shoes for comfort at work and after about one month of wearing them 3 times a week the sole split open. I first started hearing air as I took steps.One shoe split and it made me upset because I spent over $30 dollars for these shoes. I was charged $1.97 on 3/30/09 for a work at home scheme to supply Google links. I was supposed to get an email giving me information which never came. My checking account was then debited another $72.21 on 4/6/09 which was unauthorized. I have reported this to my bank as fraud and I need help in making sure this fraud is not repeated. Being cautious of moving companies I checked several before settling on Royal. The agent came out and explained all the costs and gave me a fair estimate and even personally boxed a thick glass shelf for me. I had a GE Money bank Paypal credit card for 1 year. All went well, I paid on time and even paid the account off in full 3 times (proving I have the ability to do so). In January 2009 I began to have problems. First they claimed that my payment was returned. They claimed "no account found" my bank said they never returned anything. This company lures you into presentations. Anything from Viewing timeshares/vacation properties to vacuum cleaners. Pure and simple...beware!!! They have impossible rules/guidelines to follow when booking your vacations and absolutely insane wait times when calling with any question. Over 20 minutes most of the time. I read a complaint and had an identical situation: I ordered a gear replacement kit online toward the end of Feb. I received an automated email saying my item was back-ordered and will ship out in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks went by and I emailed requesting information on the status of the order. We hired these people back in August to help save our home. 8 months and $2000.00 later they were unable to assist in the modification of our home loan. I was contacted by Jasmine Kohl in July 2008. She said she had a buyer for our Orlando Grand Vista timeshare. I agreed to list with her having spoken with her manager Mr. John Hamilton and also Mr. Thomas in the legal department. cyberlink, maker of powerdvd, is not among the worst in customer support. they are the WORST. after installing the software it would not run on my pc. it gave a blank error message. I had to create an account to send in a support ticket via the web as they charge $30 for telephone suport for 60 days. Aftre several days they could not figure out my issue and had no clue. 4/2/09 I purchased Roxio Toast9 at Staples in NM. When I installed it, the Roxio update says that Roxio 10 is current. I called their "Customer dis-Service" department and they said I had to get a refund from Staples, Staples won't refund because it is the most current retail version and Roxio has not released Toast 10 to retail. In 2004 we moved into our new home built with all Pella slimshade Windows and doors. Within two months, one of the "raise/lower" devices broke. Local Pella dealer came right out and replaced screen with different design. It works great BUT is completely different in appearance that nine other windows in same room. In addition, none of the slimshades will stay up. They slowly fall to about half way with some of the shades facing up and other facing down. Looks kinda crappy too.
