I would like to make a complaint about aunt Jamima's box open. To open, you are supposed to push the tab in and pull out. Well, here is the problem. The above web site sold me a 1 year subscription on 9-21-2005. Due to repeated warnings that my subscription was about to expire I decide to uninstall the program and then to re-install it. To my surprise the program did not allow me to re-install and continued to pester me to purchase a new subscription. Writing to them was no help at all since they never bothered to reply.
