For the last two weeks the air condition is not working in the lobby. I have spoken to three managers so far and all they can say is that the office know's about it. SO DO SOMETHING !!! WOW - DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!! I pay over $2, 200 per month for a townhome in Plano, TX. Most of the units, including mine, have huge mice (rats) in the walls. On Jan 31, 2009 there was a phone solicitation promising a great vacation. In order to get the information the consumer needed to give a charge card, but the consumer was able to cancel any time up to thirty days and the "clock" did not start until after receiving the material. I canceled the next day February 1. The company refuses to acknowledge the cancellation. Was ready to pick up my order and the slaesperson looked at my order and noticed it was a single whopper instead of what I ordered and paid for. I am not going to bash this guy, and I will give both sides of the issue to be a fair as possible. He does have a good record with Better Business Bureau. I will just give the main points. He made a few repair omissions on very expensive repair work on a certain system of the vehicle. When the system he repaired later failed, I complained and he resolved with me. I recently ordered the series Crossing Jordan DVD discs for seasons 1-6. What I received was a two small box set of some of the series which they recorded from a Crossing Jordan marathon from A & E. When I contacted them, they blew me off with something like a form letter which addressed none of the problems with set I had received which was an INCOMPLETE set. They are guilty of TV piracy and selling DVDs that are not legal. I have received no satisfaction from this company and urge others to do NO business with them.
