I bought a 55Watt floor lamp from FullSpectrum Solutions. After about 3.5 year the ballast went bad. But since I was out of warranty they couldn't help me. Beware of advertisements about saving money with full spectrum lights as the accompanying ballasts fail earlier than the bulbs themselves and are costly to repair if at all possible. Hibler heating and air conditioning installed a new Tempstar air conditioner May 2004. It has never cooled my house. Three months after installation I call them and told them it was not cooling.
