Since taking occupancy in July of 1996, I've had several complaints, some of which were addressed to my satisfaction and some that were not. Up until now my biggest complaint has been the inferior windows that were installed. I've had, and still have mold around very leaky windows. My complaint concerns Sylvania Silverstar Headlight Bulbs- which are being marketed across the nation as a new type of bulb that offers increased safety by extending the vision range on vehicles. We recently returned a leased vehichle and was surprised to learn we were going to be charged over 1, 000.00 dollars for a thumb impression on the bumper which was not readily visible. This was in addition to over 400.00 for cleaning. We were not given any credit for the car being 300 miles under allotment and with gas in the tank.
