These slim balls put a judgement on my credit and are now trying to garnish wages. First off, I never recieved any documentation or court date to let me know the judgement hearing was going to take place. Secondly, I never recieved any papers or was served yet apparently after checking into this more the court docs say I was served by private practice. This is BS I was never served and I wonder how this kind of crap can happen in America. This is a big scam and I believe if I am correct that is a federal crime to falsify information in a court record, I may be wrong. I am not going to stop there I intend to see that these idots are put to justice. read full review »

very misleading, signed up for free and got 10+ emails w/i a couple of days. still with realistic expectations, i filled out my profile, etc. result... the emails all stopped. fantastic coincidence? i think not. to be sure, i sent over 75 email or "flirts" out & the result... not 1 response. i am a very down to earth & realistic person too. in my opinion this is not just happen-stance. read full review »

See ripoffreport.com before you buy a kitten from them. They stand by none of the guarantee claims they make on their website. They sent me a sick kitten and never made any effort to correct their mistake. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ON THE INTERNET!!! The kitten they sent me had FIP, a deflated lung and a heart murmur. I reloaded my card for $500. on another card I have, try to reload again it didn, t take so they said they voided it but my account is showing that I been charged twice.I don't no if they got rid of the card or throw it away or someone else used it but the manager said if I was charged twice they would have been over so either the card was used by one of the cashiers or the reload card was put in the trash, please help [email protected], PATRICIA PENDLETON read full review »

I bought a female maltese puppy from this breeder-Eugenia Dishmon, of Eugenia's Tiny Treasures. She lied about everything. She said the puppy was AKC registered and snow white. She said it weighed 1 1/2 lbs. at 8 weeks and was a tiny teacup, that the parents were 3 lbs. and 4 lbs. It would be lucky to make 3 lbs. grown. I have emails from her to prove all of this.
When I got the puppy it was CKC registered not AKC, white with brown on its back and both ears. The puppy was huge, it weighed 2 lbs. 12 oz. It is currently 4 1/2 month... read full review »

I purchased a phone from bell nine years ago and kept it in my car for any emergency .I am a senior citizen . Went to use my phone and found out bell mobility cancelled my account after paying nine years from my visa with out sending me notice and when I complained they also told me my phone was no good and would have to buy a up to date one . First of all, our waiter was not friendly. He was condescending. He did not greet us with a friendly hello. He just sat us down at the table.
For the first time at a Denny's I had to ask for a child's menu for my 8 year old son. Not long after two more parties came in consisting of all whites. He was very very friendly. Fraudulent charges for software online - I found you have to deliberately exclude charges while on their site or they will charge you for their whole list of charges! But I discovered that too late. Also there is no screen to review your bill and no submit button to press - the system just takes over and charges you for everything and you are left wondering what has happened - until all those unwanted charges appear on your credit card. When sold the Mobile card In Tasmania I asked if there is a Austraila wide warranty the salesperson said there was. I tried to install the mobile card on 2 different computers and it did not work. Plus where I am there is a very bad signal with telstra Next G. Our vehicle, a 1994 BMW 740iL has been in the Renton, WA AAMCO Repair shop since Wednesday, April 29th. We brought it in due to the Trans Program light coming on and it going into Limp mode. It drove into the shop just fine, no light, no limp mode, just needing to know why it did this.
When we spoke with the service manager, Rick at Renton AAMCO, he said this is common and we see it all the time. We asked if they have experience working on BMW’s and he indicated that they had.

They say it is free, and suggestive sell you until it costs a couple hundred dollars! They send you tons of emails to offer any help you may need. I sent 3 emails asking for their offered help. All in the same moment, about 13 hours later; I received 3 emails all stating I had been canceled! All due to asking a few questions, which they continue to encourage! These people from Last Chance Cash Advance stole my banking information and gave it to ID THEFT PROTECTION services and debitted my account for $33.98 plus i had an$33.00 overdraft charge. Thru research i have found out that USA Credit/Commonwealth Marketing Group are the ones that sold this information to these companies which are owned by none other than Commonwealth Marketing Group, INC. In July 2007, Bally lost my payment. I faxed, mailed in not only once but twice copy of the check but they denied ever receive d it untill i emailed them check image. After many email, more than 6 weeks past, Bally told me they have found my payment, told me it was placed to someone else account without apology. But the story didn't end here. BLAZING RIPOFF! Blazing Keywords Dot Com is the company. They are the "owners" of the A-1 member... or Google Profits ect. Do NOT buy any CD for a $1.97 for online money making offers. They are scam artists with a central office in the Phillipines.
Their website has the scheme concealed and there is no way any can have a free trial and cancel within their time frame of 7 days. It takes 10 days to get the CD.

I was almost done with dinner...a nice chicken parmegiana and i pour a big jar of the Country Fare brand of HEB, tomato, garlic & onion tomato sauce, a 3 inches odd thing came out of the bottle and i immediately gag...i gave some time and pick up the stuff with a tablespoon, washed it. Oh My! It looks as it was the back of a mouse, fully cooked.
I have the picture, i even have the picture still in my digital camera.
It took me 3 month to eat anything with tomato sauce again and now, i'm doing my own tomato sauce at home. read full review »

I called Dishnetwork on Wednesday 5/13/09 for an installation for their Internet with Wildblue. The CSR said they could come between the hours of 8 to 12 am. So I set it up for Saturday 5/16/09. I recieved a call from the hub manager at 8:30 on the day of the installment and she said we had to reschedule the appointment because their was only one installer in our area and he didn't work weekends. I received a call from NCL financial system they told me to call 1-888-871-6484 so I called the number the office is closed and I received a voicemail message saying it was NCO financial systems.
