Went to Bloomingdale's MAC Boutique to purchase cosmetics at Lenox Mall. I was already being helped by one consultant. Another consultant insisted on helping me instead. Everything was fine until I purchased my cosmetics. I have been with Sirius for over 4 years and have purchaed several radios. I have the S50 portable unit and I had an issue in October 0f 2007 with the radio which they eventually replaced. I have had the complete suite of Time Warner Cable services for more than a year now - Cable, Internet, Phone and International One Calling Plan. I paid for tile, Cathy Andersen provided a sub-contractor named Benny to lay the tile. Three different times I requested her inspection of poor installation, Three time she set an appointment and three times she failed to show up. I purchased a 18 volt Drill/saw/sander/grinder combination tool kit. It is damaged and I cannot find a repair center in my area who can even identify the mfg. On October 9th 2004 I purchased a heat pump for my pool. Aquatherm manufactured it. In August of 2006 I discovered oil in my pool. The heat pump had malfunctioned and caused this mess.
