The Offer was for a free 30-day trial of Acai Supplement. They asked questions about weight loss - which, while I do need to loose w eight, that was not what I wanted. I continue to get unwanted, recorded telephone calls, asking me to visit their website. When I called the number I was shocked that a real person answered. However, he began arguing with me, insisting that I MUST have requested some information. I asked again (this was my second call) to be removed from their automatic call list. I received my bank statement today and there were 3 charges out of my account. One from Grant/NEWPN86 one from Grantordership and the last one from a Click Income. I have no idea who or what this is. I had to google the names to find them. I did not order any of these products and they took a total of $104.90 from my account. The other name on my bank statement was MyFitness. When I called the numbers listed on my statement I received a recording from all of these phone numbers stating person at #2 is unavailable. I ordered the Youtholgy for a one time delivery just so I could try it. The directions came in Spanish so I had to call them and find out the directions. While I was on the phone, I decided to check and make sure they were not going to keep sending me more and charge me. Good thing I did, because the lady said I had another shipment coming out to me next week. I had read other reviews that said they had did this. Stupidly let a salesman in with the promise of $100.00 worth of free gas that you can use anywhere. Claim your gas.com has yet to mail us the cards that we had to jump through hoops to qualify for. The dirt bowl on the vacuum has a broken clasp on the side. It took it to the Ft. We paid a 350.00 non refundable fee to start our loan process. We have excellent credit and over 50 % equity in our home. We have had our loan with WaMu for 7 years. First of all, it took five weeks to get someone on the phone to even be able to make an appointment. My regular doctor who wanted me to see an endocrinologist was given a referral line number that no one would ever answer. I purchased an Apex digital 19" lcd TV-model LD1919 for $250.00 in August of 2008. In May of 2008 it has died. I called the company and they told me to send them the TV, pay them $50 and they will fix it. I checked the web and there are many, many owners of this same TV and model that have had the exact problem--some sooner and some on my time table. This TV is obviously defective and Apex knows this. Run flat tire did not inflate when it got punctured at Hwy 70 E. Tried to drive with extreme vibration but was totally unsafe. Called BMW roadside assistance, gave them the location, road marker number. Waited 4 hours for assistance, no help arrived. Called a tow truck 4 hours later at 12.30 am at our own expense. Bought a PC from Comet in Sept 08 and experienced problems within the first week. Went to store and reported problem and was told we had to contact Acer direct and that Comet could not help. Contacted the Acer helpline and explained my computer was freezing with everything I tried to do, they told me I had to re-set the computer to factory default settings and talked me through how to do it. We received a white padded envelope containing a bottle of acai diet pills that we did not order. There was no invoice or packing slip included nor was there a phone number or confirmation of any type of order. This order was however charged to our credit card and we have since called our credit card company and they stopped the charge. However, there is no way of returning this merchandise or keeping this so-called company from sending us more and charging more to our account. I ordered a portrait for over $50 and it was sent to me via the USPS. The portrait was sandwiched between two thick pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in an envelope that bore a name indicating that a portrait was inside.
