This is my 3rd visit to this place. 1st visit was the x-ray and general examination. 2nd visit was for tooth filling. They charged me $180 even though my co-pay was $about 130. TLG charged my account $139.99 but were unsuccessful because they had the wrong expiration date. At first I had no clue as to why this was being charged. Sunday, May 17, 2009 we picked up our many dogs from the PetSmart Queen Creek, AZ hotel. Cashier 296982 was very, very abrupt and rude. I took the Denver's RTD bus service today to a job interview. Route 76 northbound. I asked for a transfer and was given one by the driver. Crossover GPS works fairly well as a GPS, but displays annoying behavior that 6 calls/requests to their tech support (so-called) has failed to fix. After about one RK surgery, 3-4 eye enhanchments, one suture and a Lasik procedure all on my left eye, my left eye has horrible accuity and sight.
