I bought an electronic toy from Star Magic online web store as a Christmas present. After two uses it quit working. I emailed twice with no response, asking for a return authorization number. I waited a few days then called. They would not accept the return of the defective toy and told me to send it back to the manufacturer. On their website their return policy says they will pay for the return shipping and make returns for defective products. This is a lie. So on top of the cost of the item and shipping, I now have to pay to ship it to the manufacturer and also pay return shipping again. I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to renew a prescription at CVS. I pointed out to the girl that took the Dr slip from me that the Dr had written it for one year, 180 pills and 3 renewals at 180. On November 19, 2010 I took my car to Boaz Glass Company to get my windshield replaced. I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. Ed Hernandez (Concrete Genie) is one person you DON'T need to meet in your life. He does a lousy and unfinished jobs. He gets lost the minute he's cashed your check. I have also found out he's done the same lousy and imperfect jobs for others and he's having a grade F (from A+ to F. F being the worst) in Better Business Bureau with at least two other complaints.
