I believe that this website is fraudulent. Their online chatter was sassy and rude. They said that my card was bad and that they could not process an order for $600, that I would have to break it into 2 different orders. They are also not listed as an authorized merchant. I reported them to 3 separate governmental agencies and to the official UGG website fraud management team. Buyer be ware!!!
