I was just horrified when I discovered that a company shares its profits with the people who are loyal and shop every month! My drivers side window and passenger side window does not roll down. You can hear the motors going when you press on the button but nothing works. Others seem to have the same issue with both the ford expedition and ford f-150. The issue is said to be failed power window regulators. There is no recall yet but please if you are having this issue call 1-800-392-3673 to file and document a complaint. The more people that do this, the better chances of us getting a recall and receiving reimbursement for fixing this issue. I came on 24th of December from Mumbai to Germany by air India flight Nr. AI 120 at arround 7 O clock in evening. Flight was delayed without compensation. My bag was opened and torned. My luggage is stolen. My important documents are also stolen. There was no one to lodge complaint there. Why are those bastards doing like that? I lost my money in the baggage arround 700 Euros. When I purchased the treadmill there was a key present along with the cord for the mp3 player connect on the treadmill. The owners did not put us in the room we booked. Instead they placed us in a dirty, dilapidated and bug infested room in which half the appliances were faulty. It also lacked essentials like toilet paper and clean towels. We were also without electricity or hot water for the majority of our stay. Never mind compensation, the owners didn't even care enough to apologize or even speak to us regarding our complaints. I went to this guy about 5 years ago and his service was great. I recently took my computer to his shop because I had been having problems...I didn't know if it was hardware or software due to the nature of the problems. When I called him when he said he would call (2 days later) and he said that he was "swamped with costumers"... Buyers Beware!!! We bought a $400 Blanco double basin undermount sink from Homeperfect.com. Within a month of it being installed under our granite counters it began to rust! We contacted customer service, sent photos of the rusted sink and asked if this product was a knock off or just defective and what we can do. this company did an in home service repair for walmart extended service company, my power supply board had a dime/nickel size spot burnt crisp on the circuit board, the tech soldered a PAPER CLIP to the board as a jumper wire and i was told this was a temporary repair by the tech and that they would find out if the board was avaliable and then submit the findings to walmart and either replace the board if avaliable or walmart would do a buy out on the tv if not, NOW, they want to call this a peremant repair, IT A JERRY RIGG JOB and this is not an exceptable resolution. read full review »

Yesterday I arrived from Paris to New York, JFK one hour late due to the weather at 11:pm. Flight AF010. We were kept in the airplane for 5-6 hours until 5 am. I still do not understand how the entire airport of JFK could not find a boarding dock for the airplane to release us. Shortly after purchasing in 2006, this unit needed repaired as it would not recognize any DVD's --initially LG was charging us to repair, but sent our check back telling us it was a covered repair. now 3 years later it has the same problem and is unusable. Daughter and 2 year old grandson was driving on the freeway and with no warning the brakes went out and scared them almost to death. On 12-17-09, a salesperson (Damien), Manager Mike sold my elderly mother a vacuum. They knew that she was disabled because she always uses a cane when she walks. Omg! I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the package delivered to me containing the dress I ordered. First of all the dress was inside out and not presssed, like it came right off the sewing machine and stuffed into the envelope! After I turned it right side, I noticed the sequince on the front of the dress was not like it was pictured.
