Confused... I came accross the UK DEED POLL SERVICE at www.ukdps.org.uk. This company charges £30. However I then found another website with the same company name at www.uk-deed-poll-service.org.uk but who charge £5.99. I orderd a present for someone and when it didnt arrive in 2 weeks (should have arrived in 1 week) I emailed the company to ask where the item was. I was emailed back to say that I had not paid for the item as the order name and credit card name didnt match as I used my boyfriends card. I ordered a pair of tall braided ugg boots in sand, what I got was short, plain, cheaper, chestnut boots instead. I informed them of the mistake and they asked me to email pictures as proof, which I did. They then informed me the boots were the correct size, so I should just keep them with a 20$ rebate. I used this website as it advertised a larger range of genuine 100% sheepskin uggboots than I could find in London stores.
