I called this company after hearing an ad for debt settlement on the radio. I spoke to a man who told me he was a lawyer and they were legitimate and that there were many fakes out there. He did everything by email, I even signed online. He went over the contract with me and all the fees, except that they would charge me over $1500 up front. Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. My Dodge Journey SXT was delivered on 31/12/2009 with snow tires which were supplied by dealer at my request. The OEM Khumo Solus all season tires were given to me at delivery date. Had snow tires switched to all season tires mid March 2010 and also advised dealer of brake vibration. Tires switched and dealer advised no vibration noted. I paid over $3, 000 for a platinum coverage contract with this company and at the time of my first claim - several items were found by the automobile dealer to be wrong with the car and were denied. I canceled my policy immediately and then found out I was going to be charged a 15.47% fee to do so plus an additional $30.00 just months after I purchased it from my credit union. Heating in my flat broke down on the 23rd of December and it has not been repaired yet. The flat is freezing cold and I have not got warm water. I reported it to the office and they sent an engineer, who was not able to repair it. I have called the helpline but two other workers could not fix the problem for me. The phoneline, which is supposed to work 24 hours a day is not reliable. The street where this resturaunt is located in Granby street, is a historical street that marks the Woolworth sit in in the 1960's. This business is a slap in the face to that movement. I 've worked with this company in many ways and closely w its associates for a very long time. Im not one normally to complain, and i will put up with a lot of crap from companies. HSBC has pushed a button of mine. I dont mind someone calling to remind me that i am about to owe them money. We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. We have had several issues which makes us concerned about the quality of our home. First, we already have drywall seams starting to show in the ceiling. Bought the full blown version of AVG and the thing completely stops the whole computer while it is scanning - will completely disrupt everything when it decides all by itself to come on. I do a normal scan every few days with updates all along but this thing will come on all by itself when I am using the computer - everything locks up and I loose all. No help nor real contact info from AVG or help. Now the cumbersome scan is something that can only be identified by a swirling bar in the task bar icon (maybe a rootkit scan) - not your regular scan and by the way I do cut off my computer every day. read full review »

I purchased a sink for $320 online from ManhattanInteriordesigns.com on November 15., 2010. The sink was too big when it was delivered so I returned it via UPS. I was given a Shark Cordless SV800 vacuum as a Xmas present. There was NOTHING in the manual that indicated operating time other than the battery pack needed a 24 inital charge. The charging light went off after the 24hours and the vacuum worked well and ran for about 45 mins. before shutting down. However, after that first use and charging the battery pack again for 24 hours the charging light did not go off, so I insertedt the battery pack into the vacuum, but it ran for only 15 minutes.
