They actually had a recording for their support team and it disconnected the listener while their support lines were supposedly open. I wanted to purchase two ounces of gold coin. After placing an order for 2 gold American Eagles. They said that Swiss 20 Francs were more private. Paperwork read that I was to make $15 an hour, which guaranteed $30 a week at the high school, plus some private tutor sessions provided by the veteran tutor. Well not only was the contact person a bad speller (hello, we're supposed to be TUTORS), but rather unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. HEAT USA is nothing what they claim to be. Every time you call to check your price that you are "TOLD" by the oil company you have to pay, USA tells you that's the correct price. I called them and they told me it was not in relation to my card.
