I would NOT recommend escrow.com. Not only are their fees high, they take a ridiculous amount of time to process refunds. In my case, I returned the item I had purchased (because it was stained) and the seller received it 11 days ago... and escrow.com still has not send me my refund! I am already out the wire transfer fee, the shipping cost, and the escrow.com fee, and yet I still cannot get my money back from them. Ereader is a subsidiary of Barnes and Noble and sells ebooks. The ereader is very good and it used to be one of my favorite places to purchase books, although they are more expensive than Kobo or ibooks (they do give rewards though, so the prices go down). Not silver, poor quality, don't last very long before you see the metal under the plating and it's NOT silver. I tried to return a few items because their site says 100% guarantee for any quality issues. BIG LIE. I had a couple items that were missing stones, had a broken lock, had rough seams that scratched, and blotchy paint spots, scratches, and unsmooth finishing. Purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali in February 2009. Took the vehicle in for regular oil change and tire rotation. Earlier this year, we found that the left front tire was wearing we had to buy a new tire and had a front end alignment done. Went in yesterday (12/29/2010) for another oil change and tire rotation and have encountered the same problem with the left front tire wearing down to the steel. We had to purchase another tire for the left front wheel. The service department keeps insisting that we only need a front end alignment.
