WARRANTY IS TERRIBLE. Customer service is worse. My advice: DO NOT PURCHASE fabric protection plan or any other warranty other than what comes with your furniture. We bought a sleeper sofa in 2007. This is obviously a common scam. It starts off as a free trial pay for shipping. You receive a 30 day supply and think great and find the product is worthless. 30 days later you receive another bottle and think it must be a mistake. 30 days later you get another check your bank or credit card statement and find charges of 80 plus dollars from some company called LBL Detoxcs.com. This is the oldest trick in the book and I fell for it.
